Real success is Not about having the most fancied cars, house and all that material things, to me real success are those things money cant buy, things like how proud your kids are of you and brag to their friends even If you are Not there or how your children teachers calls you to tell you how well behaved your kids are .. That is when you need to feel extremely proud of your work. But to raise kids in a way the world can testify that they are great kids, takes  love, unity, hardwork, commitment and determination...
These are things you will never find in a violent home that mummy and daddy swears on each other and exchange blows almost all the time.
This little ones look up to you, whatever you do they copy; you are their mini God: when mommy tells daddy FUCK you and daddy calls mommy a bitch be ready to receive a call from their class teacher the next day because He is so going to use those words.
If you as parents cant settle your differences amicably and live in peace for the sake of these children then you must get separated because VIOLENT HOMES RAISES VIOLENT KIDS and there are no rooms  for more violence in This world
